Platform Highlights

Efficient digital data entry

Our efficient digital data-entry system reduces paperwork by encoding ante-natal, post-natal, infancy, and childhood forms for a seamless one-time data entry that can be directly uploaded online.

Registration for Vaccination

The Mother-child healthcare platform requires the registration of children for immunization, ensuring that every child receives over 20 immunizations according to the vaccine schedule.

ID and referral with SMS-alert

The application identifies and refers to high-risk cases through an SMS-alert system, providing real-time situational alerts on high-risk factors, necessary referrals, and appropriate treatment methodology.

Communal Groups for Expecting Moms

Community groups for expecting and new mothers are also available. These groups provide a space to ask questions, share experiences, and exchange tips and advice on topics such as early pregnancy symptoms, baby name ideas, ultrasound experiences, eating for two, baby products, and more.

Pregnancy Tracker and Calendar 

Expecting mothers can benefit from a pregnancy tracker and calendar available on the digital platform, which offers expert fetal development articles and videos in a personalized daily pregnancy calendar, counting down to the due date.

Health card

A maternal health card featuring a unique identification number that includes codes for the state, district, block, health center, woman, and child serial code and number, can be integrated with other e-governance projects.

Family Health Survey

The Family Health Survey aims to provide crucial data on health and family welfare required by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, as well as other agencies for policy and program development purposes.

Registration

Upon identification, pregnant women and children aged 0-6 years are registered and given a unique mother and child Health Identity card.

Healthcare Data Intelligence System

This innovative concept, introduced in public health for the first time through the Mother-Child Healthcare (MCH) platform, contains relevant and accurate information for service delivery and tracking those who have not received services.

Monitoring and Evaluation

The MCH software enables effective monitoring of health service delivery, with regular evaluations conducted based on the information generated through the system.

Mother

For mothers, the program focuses on providing nutrition and health education, support during gestation, delivery, and the post-partum period, ante-natal check-ups, lactation support, mental health care and hygiene, and at-home monitoring.

Children

For children, the initiative offers supplementary nutrition, pre-school non-formal education, immunization, health check-ups, referral services, and periodic reminders for vaccine schedules and health checks.

Government Schemes

Additionally, the government has implemented various schemes, such as the Integrated Child Development Service, which supplies nutrition kits, offers women and child care systems and support, and provides women with micro-loans and support for future endeavors.
