Challenges Faced

The main challenge we faced was convincing the academic world of the importance of ER-shaped customer experience processes. We had to find a way to effectively communicate this idea and discover ways to make it more accessible to the public.
We also had to develop a way to empower the crowd of inventors to take bigger initiatives. The biggest challenge of all was finding the right balance between design, functionality, and comfort for our products to effectively meet our customer’s needs and still be profitable.
